Pricing

Prices are stated ex-warehouse. Shipping charges are calculated separately and displayed on the final order confirmation page. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise approved by Westwell, payment terms for approved accounts are payment before delivery. Accounts with outstanding balances overdue or over the approved credit limit will not be further supplied until adequate payment is received.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped by ground transportation or through specific postal systems. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct delivery details (PO Boxes cannot be accepted) at the time of ordering. If an incorrect delivery address is provided, Westwell may charge you for re-delivery of the product to the correct address. Special delivery instructions may incur additional freight charges.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.
